Pushpak
One entry, from dispatch to invoice.
Dispatch & billing for oilfield hauling — dispatchers create jobs, drivers get them on their phones, tickets auto-price, and everything syncs to QuickBooks and OpenInvoice. Live at pushpak.us.
In production with real customers. Treat it as you would any shipping product.
The incumbent
What the current option gets wrong.
An oilfield hauling load gets keyed at least three times: once into dispatch, once into payroll, once into invoicing. Every re-key is a chance to lose a ticket, and a lost ticket is a load that was hauled and never billed. The gap between the three systems is where the margin goes.
The alternative
What we built instead.
A single record that follows the load from dispatch through driver pay to the invoice, with QuickBooks and OpenInvoice on the ends so nothing has to be typed twice. Built with operators who have watched tickets go missing.
- One record from dispatch through payroll to invoice
- QuickBooks and OpenInvoice integrated
- No double-entry between scheduling and billing
- Built with people who have lost tickets for a living
