These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at vishnovalabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Vishnova Labs LLC ("Vishnova Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
These Terms cover vishnovalabs.com only. Our products — BuildSect, CCed, and Pushpak — are separate applications, and use of those products is governed by their own terms, not these.
What the Site is
The Site is an informational and marketing website describing Vishnova Labs, our portfolio of products, and our approach as a software studio. It is not itself a software product, and using the Site does not create any product license, account, or subscription. Content on the Site — product descriptions, status labels (Live, Beta, In build), and similar statements — is provided for informational purposes and reflects our understanding at the time of publication.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any systems connected to it
- Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including through scraping at a scale that degrades performance for others, or automated abuse of the contact form
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form
- Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages to us
Intellectual property
The Site's content — including text, design, layout, and graphics — is owned by Vishnova Labs LLC or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Product names, including BuildSect, CCed, and Pushpak, along with the Vishnova Labs name and logo, are trademarks or brand names of Vishnova Labs LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use them.
Third-party links
The Site links to our products' own websites (for example, pushpak.us) and to other external services. Those sites are operated independently and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for content or practices on sites we don't operate.
No professional advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice specific to your situation. Descriptions of industries, incumbents, or business approaches are general commentary, not a recommendation tailored to your business.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vishnova Labs LLC and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Site changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
